at least for the most part.

Wondering What has changed?

The old system did not keep track of current stock levels, so you could end up buying something we didn't have in stock. THAT HAS NOW CHANGED. Items out of stock will display an "Out of Stock" notation and will not have the option of adding it to your cart. The exception to this is our bundled products such as kits. Their stock levels will be determined within the cart itself (see next item). If you want to know when something will be back in stock, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The old system would allow you to buy any number of kits, even if we didn't have the stock to assemble them. THAT HAS NOW CHANGED. The new system will calculate all the components of our kits to check stock levels of every part that comes in every kit. If we don't have enough components to assemble the kits you want, just let us know, and we will gladly discuss substituting the lacking components to fill your order.

The old system would not automatically process your credit card, so we had to do it manually, which meant any typo errors would go uncorrected, causing huge delays in getting your order processed. THAT HAS NOW CHANGED. Your credit card is validated and processed on the fly so you will know right away if it went through successfully.

The old system didn't keep you informed of your purchases. THAT HAS NOW CHANGED. You will notice a shopping cart box in the upper left hand corner where the quantity and total cost of the items currently in your catalog are constantly displayed.

The old system didn't allow you to check up on the status of your order. THAT HAS NOW CHANGED. You will be able to log in at any time to print your invioice, check it's status, or even review your order history (starting now).
