Deer Skins - #3: For your everyday garments and other craft projects, this is an average quality of deer skin (grade 3) which is NOT farm raised. This means they are smaller hides (usually 6-9 sq ft) and there will often be a small hole (bullet hole) or two and perhaps some minor blemishes. These skins are still of high enough quality to make some beautiful craft projects and even some garments like war shirts. Their thickness weighs in at about 2½ - 3 oz.
