This is actually what it is called, another gift from our friendly bees. It is used to strengthen beading thread. Even though the threads we sell do not require this, we make this available to you for those of you who prefer to use other threads. It is, we admit, sometimes beneficial to use a cotton thread which is highly strengthened by first coating the thread with this Bees Wax. It comes in a 1 ounce cake of wax, which is about the size as shown here.
